Bromsgrove-based indie/hip-hop artist Dan Bull’s ’Dear Lily (an open letter to Lily Allen)’ pilfers the instrumental to Allen’s ‘22’ to amusingly make his point that harsher copyright - and cutting off the internet of people accused of piracy - might not actually be good for musicians.
